You may return any gently used holster within 10 days of purchase. A $25 restocking fee will apply. Prefer a replacement? No problem—our lifetime guarantee has you covered.
Returned holsters must be in good condition and include all original components. Please contact our Customer Care team before sending any returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Online Orders
Contact our Customer Care team to initiate your return or replacement.
Include your order number and reason for return in your message.
Once approved, ship the item back using your preferred carrier.
Refunds will be issued minus the $25 restocking fee.
Purchases Made with Shop Pay or Afterpay
Returns will be processed as normal.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store Orders
Returns must still be initiated through Customer Care.
A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Retail Store Purchases (If Applicable)
Return your holster with your receipt within 10 days of purchase.
Without a receipt, we can offer a store credit or exchange.

We cannot accept shipped returns without prior authorization.
