I have a tracking number, but there's no movement. What's going on? Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to activate. If there,s still no update after that, check with the carrier directly for more details.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, youll get an email with a tracking link. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders process fast. If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately at contact@badassholster.com. We'll do our best if it hasn't shipped yet.
How do I return my order? Contact contact@badassholster.com within 10 days of delivery to start your return. We accept gently used holsters with a $25 restocking fee. See our full Return Policy.
Why won't my card go through? Make sure your billing address and zip code match your bank's records. Still stuck? Contact your bank or try a different card.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Email contact@badassholster.com right away. If your order hasn't shipped, well update it.

I received a package with no sender info. Can you help? Yep! Send us a pic of the packing slip and we'll trace the order for you.
Why am I being charged a foreign transaction fee through PayPal? Some users may see foreign fees due to how PayPal routes payments. Were working to fix this on our end.
