Best Holster for a CZ P-10 C: Getting a Great Pistol into a Good Rig

By Badass Holster Co. · November 4, 2026 · Veteran-owned gear guides

The CZ P-10 C is one of the most underrated carry pistols on the market: a low bore axis, a good trigger, and a grip that fits most hands. The holster aftermarket is the weak link, and it rewards exact specification.

Know which P-10 you have

ModelBarrelCapacityCarry verdict
P-10 S~3.5"12+1Most concealable
P-10 C~4"15+1Best all-rounder
P-10 F~4.5"19+1OWB / duty

All three need different holsters. The P-10 C's 4-inch slide is the carry standard.

What to look for

1. P-10-specific molding

The CZ's trigger guard and dust cover shape are distinctive. Generic holsters that "fit CZ 75 and P-10" usually do neither precisely. With a short-travel trigger, an imprecise fit is a safety issue, not a convenience one.

2. Full trigger guard enclosure

Complete, no gaps. The P-10 has a crisp trigger with a short reset, which is exactly the trigger you want fully covered in a holster.

3. Optic-ready clearance

Many P-10 C models are optic-ready. If you run a dot, the holster needs optic relief that clears the housing without contact.

4. Retention you can adjust

P-10 C is a fairly light pistol for its capacity, which means a sloppy holster has more room to shift. Adjustable retention and a snug mold are how you avoid that.

5. Low bore axis and grip angle

The P-10's grip angle puts the beavertail closer to your body than most pistols. That helps concealment at 3–4 o'clock and can make appendix carry more comfortable than a Glock in the same size class. Take advantage of it: a forward cant on the hip tucks the grip well.

Setup notes for the P-10 C

P-10 C vs Glock 19 vs PDP Compact

PistolBarrelCapacityCarry character
CZ P-10 C4"15+1Low bore axis, flatshooting
Glock 194.02"15+1Most holster options
Walther PDP4"15+1Best stock trigger

If holster availability decides your carry gun, the Glock has the advantage. If fit and shootability do, the P-10 C is the better pistol for many hands.

One more thing: CZ has released several P-10 C generations. If your holster arrives and the retention feels off, confirm you ordered for the right generation before assuming the holster is bad.

Common questions

Will a Glock 19 holster fit a CZ P-10 C?

No. The trigger guard and dust cover shapes are different, so retention and coverage will not be correct on the CZ.

Will a CZ 75 holster fit a P-10 C?

No. The P-10 is a polymer, striker-fired pistol with a different frame profile. CZ 75 holsters are for a different gun entirely.

Can I carry a P-10 C with a red dot?

Yes, with an optic-cut holster that clears the optic housing. Many P-10 C models ship optic-ready.

Is the P-10 C good for appendix carry?

Yes. The low bore axis and grip angle make it comfortable, and the beavertail sits close to the body. A wedge helps if needed.

Does a P-10 S or P-10 F holster fit a P-10 C?

No. Different slide lengths and frame sizes. Buy a C-specific holster.
